On-ground execution
Our team is on site from the first transfer to the last departure. One senior event manager per 80 delegates. All suppliers are contracted directly by us — no subcontractors without your prior knowledge.
Post-event reporting
Within 10 days of the event we deliver a full post-event report: attendance data, supplier performance scores, delegate feedback summary, budget reconciliation, and recommendations for the next edition.
